Smoothie Fusion Althea
Beautiful double bluish-purple, bi-colored red and pink, and raspberry blooms adorn this medium-size shrub from mid to late summer.
A compact, golden variety of Illicium parviflorum, which maintains its glowing color in shade. The scented, leathery evergreen leaves don't appeal to deer.
Epimedium 'Pink Champagne'
An excellent ground cover perennial for dry shade. Delightful flowers in spring, with evergreen foliage. This variety has dark green foliage mottled with dark burgundy.

Peppy Le Pom Ornamental Pomegranate
Peppy Le Pom™ is a dwarf ornamental pomegranate with bright orange flowers all summer. It is hardy to Zone 7, but small enough to plant in a container to bring inside in winter. It will be available in garden centers in 2020, and can be ordered using my Amazon Affiliate link by clicking the image.
